Aracan Eatabe Luxor Hotel

離盧克索神廟走路十幾分鍾，晚上過去逛神廟還是比較方便的，出門左轉有一家商店買東西也方便。酒店周圍會有拉客的司機，要包車遊西岸直接跟他們談價格就好。大堂和公區很大，但是酒店的設施看的出很有年頭了，地理位置還是不錯的。

During my 2-night, 3-day stay, I had some major problems with the service. First, I wanted to use the laundry service, so I called the reception from my room three times. However, each time I called, I was told that the person in charge would be contacted, but in fact, no action was taken. I had no choice but to go to the reception with my clothes. The staff explained to me that the laundry would be completed the next afternoon and I could return it, but I was unable to pick it up at the appointed time. When I checked with the reception again, I was told that the person in charge had forgotten to wash my clothes. After that, the person in charge came to my room to apologize, but his apology was light and he laughed at me, which was very disappointing. Moreover, it was Sunday and the laundry service was closed, so I ended up washing it in my room. Also, the room was never cleaned during my stay, and I asked the reception for bath towels and mineral water (which are usually provided every day). However, although they said that they would be delivered to my room later, they never delivered it. On the other hand, I am satisfied with the facilities and location. The hotel is clean and has a spacious pool. It is close to the Luxor Museum and the Karnak Temple, making it a convenient location for sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Overall, the facilities and location are excellent, but the staff's attitude and the quality of the service need improvement.

A large hotel by the Nile River. The room we stayed in was ***et clean. In the evenings we sat on the room balcony and enjoyed the view of the Nile River. An open buffet breakfast is served and the breakfast ***et is sufficient and satisfying. One of the best places to stay in Luxor.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is right by the Nile River. You can watch the sunrise and hot air balloons from the balcony. The scenery is very good. It is also very close to the Luxor Temple and you can walk there. You can also take a boat across the river to take a hot air balloon not far from the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel does not have its own parking lot, so you can only park your car on the roadside. If there is no space on the roadside, there is no place to park. The breakfast is also good, and you can catch up with the breakfast time after taking the hot air balloon.
